I rang the hospital to ask about parking and directions to the hospital as I've never been there before and spoke to a lovely lady who was so helpful and friendly.

It was very kind of you to take the time to write and compliment the staff as it is good to receive positive feedback which reflects the hard work, caring and dedication of our staff. It was reassuring to read that you were given helpful and friendly advice when you called, especially as this was your first visit to Trafford General Hospital. We are aware how daunting that can be and how important it is to know where you are going and where to park etc. We will ensure your comments are passed onto the reception staff on your behalf and I am sure that they will be very happy to receive them.
