"5 years and still waiting"

I had a consultation 5 years ago at Birmingham Dental Hospital and still have yet to receive treatment, after numerous phone calls and visits to the hospital over the 5 years I am still being told I am at the top of the list and will be contacted soon. I am tired of waiting now and would have thought my treatment would have been long over. Numerous people are being referred and seen straight away by the hospital apart from me.
