"A&E referral by my GP"

I was particuarly impressed with the way each of the staff whom I had contact with treated me like a person and not just a case history. My name was used, they were friendly and reassuring and genuinely did their best to get to the root of my chest pain. They also spent time explaining things to me. I was seen well within the hour and once I had left the waiting area, it was a genuinely positive experience . Thank you Hillingdon - you are doing a good job
