"Excellent IBD Department"

I have been an out patient with the IBD clinic at this hospital for several years. The very helpful IBD helpline means that questions and urgent matters are dealt with humanly and professionally. The clinic runs slowly but I like this because when I am seen I get all of the time I need to manage my condition and the support and advice required. The department clearly believes in patient led care and are all to willing to explore new options and treatments. Managing any chronic disease is hard work but with a good medical team behind you it can become manageable. Thank you IBD team.
