I would like to thank all the staff at the day surgery unit and also perticularly the staff on Apley ward who kindly gave me a bed and looked after me post op.The poor staff on day surgery were under such pressure due to a shortage of beds but they were brilliant and kept us informed.The staff on Apley ward were wonderful I can not thank them enough. . My experience of the N H s yesterday and Telford hospital was excellent and something to be proud of and grateful for A big thankyou to everyone

Dear Anne I am really pleased to hear that both the Apley Ward and Day Surgery were helpful and caring at a busy time. Your feedback really highlights that even during times of pressure if we keep patients informed and involved then a situation that could have been negative can be transformed.
