"Thank you for a positive experience"

I had day surgery..I underwent a hysteroscopy & polopectomy. I was very worried about my back as I have recently had spinal surgery and I was terrified as I had previously had a very traumatic stay in a different hospital where I experienced willful neglect and inhumane treatment after my spinal surgery.... But I am so glad to say that the care I received here was to a very good standard and very reassuring.. All the staff including the doctors were wonderful. I would like to thank one person in particular for the Emla cream, extra blankets, her comforting words and her lovely smile.. Also thank you to the student nurse who was delightful and will make a wonderful nurse I am sure..Thank you so much to the whole team for restoring my faith in nursing.. Your kindness has made a huge difference to my recovery.. Thank you all so very much.
