"Efficiency kindness and care"

About: Good Hope Hospital / Breast surgery

(as the patient),

I was referred by GP on a two week refferal.

I received an appointment for the outpatient breast clinic within the 2 week period.

I wanted to compliment all staff from when I arrived feeling very worried and anxious as you can imagine.

I was dealt with efficiency, kindness and care throughout the whole 2 hours I was there and thankfully left we with great peace of mind following a negative result of my breast lump.

Well done to all of the staff who work in all hospital dealing as best they can with the resources they have keep up the excellent work as it does makes a difference.
