"Robot Assisted Laparoscopic Prostatectomy"

I cannot sing the praises more highly of everyone who looked after me on the Urology Ward. Nothing was too much trouble, even down to one of the theatre porters going to fetch my bag with my mobile in it to call me wife whilst I was in recovery. The nursing staff during my stay ( 2 nights) & in the clinic a week later were brilliant. I felt well looked after & felt they had nothing but my best interests in what they doing. I was made to feel at ease & comfortable. If I ever speak to anyone needing a similar operation I would urge them to go to the Lister. The Urology unit is second to none.
