"Can't fault this hospital"

I went to the A and E Department of this hospital yesterday evening and was met by firstly a wonderfully clean hospital and very polite staff, they were more than empathetic and willing to listen rather than rushing me in and out being dismissive that unfortunately you find a lot within the NHS services nowadays, the nurses supplied me with pain relief immediately and I was seen by the doctor, not but ten minutes later, I wish I had taken his name to praise him but he was soo lovely and professional, took the extra time to reassure me and sent me home with much needed antibiotics, I think we seek this from out GPs and it's absolutely given in full at this hospital. I can't praise the staff enough. I find hospitals very daunting but I must say this is the first time I've felt safe.
