What I liked
The A & E and MAU were fine, fairly clean with the staff helpful informative and cooperative, however I was then moved to LIme Ward!!!!
What could be improved
Where do I start,
Following the transfer I arrived on Lime Ward at around 1.30pm and was allocated a bed, I was finally seen by one of the nursing staff at around 4.15 to see if I was OK, this nurse shortly sliiped over on a wet floor shortly afterwards.
later that evening when the drug trolley came around I was completey ignored, the nurse in question came nowhere near my bed, I did later ask for some paracetamol, which took approx 2 hours to arrive, despite asking several times I was told that everybody was really busy. Not what you expect really is it ???
