What I liked

I was a Patient at the northwick park A&E recently. I appreciate all the hardd works of the nurses and doctors. But I would like to comment on something here. The nursing staff inserted a venous cannula in my arm for giving blood. Instead of tieing a tunnicate she tied a glove to locate the vien. it was so painfull. And the cannula was in the tissue but she didn't remove it even after I told her. When she infused the fluid obviuosly it was going to the tissue and I had to discontinue.

What could be improved

Highly skilled staffs are needed especially at the A&E. What if they have to give me a life saving drug through that tissued cannula. So i think they need lot of training and also an insght of what they are and why they are doing.

Anything else?
