About: East Surrey Hospital

had a follow up appointment from the one i had back in january. should of been seen 6-8 weeks later but after waiting 8 weeks with no new appointment given and after seeing my gp who asked if i had another appointment to see the cardio doc said no aand expained she said back in jan 6-8 weeks and it's been 8 weeks. had to write a letter say i hadn't recived a follow appointment. Had the appintment on the 6th of may. got see by her register. all he was going to do was write back to my gp about trying another mediction to treat my hypertension, which i never been able to tolerate and told him this and it's on my medical records that not to put on this mediction due to side effects/can't tolerate but it's up to me weather i go to my gp and try what he surgested . he said there was only 2 options not to treat it or go back on the medication theres no 3 option. so much of been told of an operation by my gp that could work for me. My Dad a couple of months ago wrote to his private health company about this and chasing up this week to see what they come up with and see if i could gte it done privately
