"discusting treatment"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

i rang 999 as my friend had passed out and had been vomiting blood, we spent 4 hours in a and e and was told she was going to be addmited then 10 mins after we were told she was not being addmited because there wasnt anything they could do, when i asked well where was the blood coming from they said they didnt know. and to go to her own gp in the morning. next morning we phoned the gp only to be told to see him after the easter hols all the while my friend felt like she was dying somehow we got through the holiday and then ended up phoning 999 again this time she was kept in she spent a week in pheonix ward then moved to will adams ward only to be disscharged 2 hours later, why move her if they was going to throw her out within hours its a week later and she is still very ill but cant see any point in going to medway hospital as they dont give a damn and have not even given us a reason for doing what they did. . . ,

Thank you for your comments about your friend's care. The ward staff on Will Adams have themselves raised the issue around your friend being transferred so close to discharge and we are already looking into why this happened. I am sincerely sorry about this. I am happy to speak to your friend directly about her care and I would encourage her to make contact with me so I can address her concerns.
