went to the a&e, wanted to buy a bottle of water, so went to the vending machine at the front, but it took my money and no drink.

Thank you for your feedback and I am very sorry that the vending machine in the A & E department at the Queen Elizabeth was not working properly when you visited. The machines have only recently been installed in the department and if A & E staff are made aware of a fault with one of the vending machines in their waiting area they have been asked to contact my department, whereby we will arrange for the fault to be rectified and refund any money lost. Once again, I apologise for the fault with the vending machine and thank you for bringing this to our attention. James Collins, General Manager ISS
