My husband passed away in the early hours of Saturday. We needed a death certificate as being Jewish we wanted to have the burial as soon as possible. Because no one at 111 had seen my husband in the last few days we were unable to get a death certificate. We could not contact anyone from the practice as they were closed and we were referred to 111. He had been seen by a doctor from our practice who had seen him 2 days previously but we were unable to contact him.
Calling 111 does not help in these instances.
I only have praise for my surgery but how was I to get a death certificate when the practice was closed?
