"Out-patient appointments"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital / Paediatrics

(as the patient),

We recently had two out-patient appointments (different departments) for our 7 week old Daughter. We arranged the second appointment for later in the day as we expected a delay with the first appointment.

First appointment... we'd been in the waiting area for 2 minutes before we were called through. Second appointment... we waited for approximately 10 minutes. We had a lovely long lunch in between and can honestly say that it did not feel we had been to 'a hospital'. Thank you!
