"waited 2 hours doctor couldn't be found"

About: Castle Hill Hospital

We've waited 4 months for this appointment. When we got there Tuesday even thing seemed fine we had then been waiting one hour when we were informed that no one could find the doctor but they were trying to sort it .After another half hour a woman came to tell us that the doctor had been put in to surgery also so the clinic was off , there is only one a month so we are still have unanswered questions 4 years of ttc and we are getting no were !
