"Hospital feedback"

About: Royal Lancaster Infirmary

I was referred by my GP and had an appointment this morning at 9.45, I am new to the area as I recently moved here from Stoke on Trent. The service at The Royal Lancaster Hospital was excellent. The Dermatology Reception area was clearly sign posted and every part of the hospital I was in was clean and tidy. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. I was seen immediately. The CSN came to take me to the doctor and she was very pleasant and put me at my ease. The doctor has superb customer/patient skills. He was thorough and showed a genuine interest in my condition. His manner reassured me and I have every confidence in his ability as a doctor. Although I would prefer not to have to go to the hospital, it was a very enjoyable experience. Margaret Hodnett
