I have had a few procedures carried out at St Richards and have never found staff to be anything other than kind, courteous and respectful of dignity. I have never felt rushed or confused about any procedure as everything is fully explained ,I can't thank everyone enough. The only thing i would say is busy nurses were noisy at night when you tried to sleep , i uderstand there are always lots of things going on but sleep is an aid to getting better.
