I underwent the procedure today and from admission through to discharge I was treat with the utmost care and consideration. Both the clerical and medical staff showed a fantastic balance of warmth and professionalism. The staff explained step by step every procedure, being neither confusing or condescending, and my entire stay was made as pleasant as possible. The entire hospital has an air of professional care, clean organised, friendly and reassuring. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Airedale General Hospital and its staff for going the extra mile.
