I would like to compliment two of your staff on the excellent service I was given at Darwen Treatment Room.
Receptionist Susan Jones is always so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for her. On more than one occasion she has spent time sorting out appointments for me.
Also nurse Fiona Adeoye who has treated me with an ear problem. Her knowledge and expertise and care are the best I have ever received and she is a lovely person.
