"My appointments at Haematology Clinic is always running late"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Day hospital

(as the patient),

My appointments at Haematology Clinic is always running late, not just 15 minutes or 30 minutes but 1 hour.

When you’re sitting as long as that, and after travelling on two buses, also having other health issues, it is distressing to say the least. Why do we have app.

A patient since 2001.
