"I feel so much better now"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as the patient),

Inclusion Matters really helped me. It was great to open up to someone professional as I could not do that to my family or friends.

Progress was slow at first, but working with the therapist and keeping to a plan really helped me.

I feel so much better now. No suicidal thoughts.

I am enjoying my family, socialising with my friends and am looking forward to the future and coping with every day stress.

Dear 'Smaller983',

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback for us on Patient Opinion.

I'm glad that we were able to help at a time when you felt you didn't have anyone else to talk to. It's great to hear that you are no longer having suicidal thoughts and are back to enjoying time with friends and family.

Keep putting into practice the things you've learnt in treatment!

Yours,

Lizzie
