Hospital staff are quite rude. If you have to contact the hospital about anything it will take hours for you to speak to the right person.

We were sorry to learn that you were treated in a rude and dismissive manner when you called the Trust. Your feedback will be passed on to the manager for the area concerned so that they can take appropriate action.
