"Only a phonecall"

About: New Cross Hospital

Phoned up to see if my mum had come out of theatre and was in the ward as I hadn't heard anything all day. The manner and respect in which I was given over the phone was, in my opinion horrible. The tone of the people who answered the phone made me feel if I shouldn't be checking to see if everything was okay, and as if they didn't wish to help at all.
