"Nothing - Person X-Raying me couldn't ..."

What I liked

Nothing - Person X-Raying me couldn't be bothered. Told me to get out of the wheelchair and stand up for my X-Ray. They didn't pick up that I had 2 broken ribs and couldn't stand up without assistance. Doctor was useless and rude.

What could be improved

Everything - an absolute disgrace of a hospital. Nurses don't care and respect patients - only doing it as a 'Job' not a profession. Doctor I saw in A&E was rude and didn't pick up on anything.

Anything else?

I was told that I probably had a dislocated shoulder (only because I told the doctor that I done this before). Only after having an ultrasound scan 4 months later was it discovered that I actually had a dislocated collar bone for which I am waiting for surgery (not being carried out at Queens Hospital, thankfully). Why didn't anyone pick this up. When my partner complained about the doctor in A&E I was seen by another doctor and told that I had 2 broken ribs and a probable punctured lung. Absolutely disgusting and makes me wonder why so much money was wasted building a new hospital when the staff who were supposed to be caring for me in A&E were useless.
