"Stumble at first hurdle!!"

Shocking and horrendous lack of communications from the consultants secretary in the gynaecology / fertility department!! At a time when your are at your lowest along comes a person with no empathy. 7 months wait for 2nd appointment to see a fertlity consultant after 4.5 years trying to conceive. Called the consultants secretary who couldn't have cared less. 45 mins to get through and was then hung up on. Have not been able to get through since. No help at a time when you are at your lowest.
