Excellent care, nurses and doctors were very helpful and understanding. Need to collect food trays soon after the food has been eaten because sometimes the trays were left in the room overnight.

Thank you, Ellie, for taking the time to let us know what is was like to stay on our Children’s Ward. It’s really great to hear the doctors and nurses were so helpful and looked after you so well. We are sorry that food trays were left in your room overnight. Normally all the trays are collected once everyone has finished eating their meals. We have passed your comment on to the nurse in charge of Children’s Ward and she has reminded everyone that food trays should be collected straight away and before everyone goes to bed.
