"Appauling"

About: Northwick Park Hospital

My wife went to A&E only to ve served by the most desrespectful of nurses. No hello and no eye contact. Felt like i wasnt welcomed at all. We went from one window to another to be offered some pain killers. She agreed and waited 1hr 20mins for some pain killers. After that long wait i asked how long is the wait and was told it will be another two hours. Having a grown women in tears with pain still warants 3 hour wait. There was about 6 people waiting for treament so theres me thinking. 30mins for each patient, we'll i was wrong cause the lady next to me said she'd been waiting for 2 hours for her 18 month old baby to be seen. When she complained this rude nurse said that its her fault cause she was sitting in the wrong area. Bare in mind this area is about a 5 second walk. Then they told her off cause her baby was asleep. We left and went to hammersmith and served quickly and with respect.
