10yr old daughter with juvenile arthristis seen today by very competent members of staff from receptionist through to xray department. The nurse who assessed my daughter was very thorough and took her condition into consideration. The nurse made an appointment with bradford royal infirmary for the next day at 8am with a hand specialist following xray results. I am very happy with the level of service which we received today.
