"Answer the telephone!"

About: Clatterbridge Hospital

I was sent an appointment that I needed to change and I rang the number given. Seems that the telephone call handling system is the same one that BT directory enquiries used to have in the 1970s. Answer the telephone please! Or do you 'experience a high volume of calls' all the time? If so please find a on-line booking system that doesn't require us all to ring.
