"Poor service"

About: Friarage Hospital Site

So daughters appointment was at 10am and it is now 11:25am still waiting to be seen by the ent consultant. Other people had same appointment time as her and now people with later appointment times been seen. This is after she was supposed to have an appointment in October and was somehow overlooked and not given one. Absolutely disgusted by the service especially when the nurse came out and told the waiting room the consultant hadn't actually bothered turning up until 10:15 .
