My 8 year old daughter had to have her first blood test on wednesday. I cannot praise the 3 nurses that dealt with her highly enough, she was very nervous and they put her at ease straight away, explaining what was going to happen and then distracting her while taking the blood...she didn't even realise it was happening until the nurse said she was all done! Brilliant work well done, as a result my daughter isn't nervous about hospitals anymore!! Thank you all so much!
