"Called for advise whether to come down"

About: Poole General Hospital

Just called to see if I should come down to A&E due to eye injury and the women who answered the phone was rude and said you well go to your GP I explained that I suffer from Iritis and she said well we will not deal with you go to Bournemouth. Caring and helpful not!
