"admitted through a/e"

About: Pinderfields General Hospital

attended a/e with chest pains eventually admitted to gate 12 then transferred to gate11.The care received was first class however I had a blood test in a and e no antt followed and no one checked my wristband. I was moved onto gate 12 were I swabbed my own nose and groin not sure I did this right again no one checked my wrist band.Went on to gate 11 had another blood test taken by staff on the ward and ecg again no wristband was checked and the needle used for the blood test was not a safety needle. So I had 2 blood tests,3 ecgs,an echogram and given medication and nobody looked at my wristband.
