What I liked
All staff members, including doctors and nurses, adhered to a rigid hygiene regime, regularly using the hand-cleansing dispensers available. I was kept informed at all times as to my treatment and at no time did I see any visual stresses I have at other hospitals with nursing staff.
What could be improved
The service I received could not have been improved upon.
Anything else?
I am due to be re-admitted to the Princess Royal for another operation and as a result of previous experiences with the efficiency of the hospital and its staff, I have no concerns regarding the level of care expected.
