"Care for Gladys Bayliss (Deceased)"

I am commending the staff at Good Hope hospital who dealt with my elderly neighbour Brenda in a caring and professional manner during her final days there. She was 92 years old and had been in and out of Good Hope on many occasions and each time she stayed there, she always received excellent care. I know that the NHS has'nt always been up to standards on some peoples list and with the media giving the service a bit of a thumbs down, but from my personal view, I found that the nursing staff and doctors diid brilliantly and I just wanted to commend them with those comments.
