I attended the A&E department late on a Tuesday evening fallowing a fall. I suspected that I had fractured my arm or elbow. We arrived at 11.30pm, registed at reception, saw a triage nurse, then a nurse practioner. I had an x-ray done, saw the nurse practictioner again who confirmed that I had a radial head fracture, and left with my arm in a sling and an appointment for the fracture clinic - all in under 40 minutes. Couldn't ask for quicker or better care.
"A&E visit - very quick and professional care"
