Arrived on time, acknowleged straight away and asked to wait in a side ward. After 40 minutes I approached the recption to rearrange an appointment. Told the consultant would be with me shortly. Waited approx. 10 minutes and then sent to Xray. Dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Then back to wait for the consultant.
