"still no better than the last two years"

My partner has had to stay at Medway hospital for long stays over the past three years, and the care they receive seems to be as hit and miss as ever, 6 hours in a waiting room for a bed when asked to come in due ton their I'll health, no one checked on us to see if they were ok, I had to ask for a blanket to keep them warm as they tried to sleep on an old dirty sofa in the room used by staff to heat food , this time we had to put up with the smell for hours. Again same as every time , drugs are given late and every time you ask they make you feel as if you should feel bad as they are too busy or no one can help as they are not trained to give the drug, so the time between drugs goes out window, I so feel for anyone without family to push for them and watch over their care, the hospital is not fit for purpose, it frightens me to leave each day knowing they are alone, with this level of care.
