"Very good care, extremely pleasant and helpful..."

I was referred on the 2 week pathway, seen within target time and moved through the system very quickly. All staff were warm and respectful, very clear explanations from the team who made unpleasant procedures as bearable as could be. Only problem was the length of time waiting for discharge from the Plane Centre as the staff on duty had to juggle various tasks. Thanks too to the volunteers on duty at help desks in Outpatients who were very helpful. General feeling that staff wanted to offer the best service and make the experience positive. Thank you!
