I had an ablation procedure as a day patient. As someone who also suffers from anxiety disorder, I was absolutely terrified of going in. However, the staff who performed the procedure, and those on the ward who cared for me before and after, went to great lengths to reassure me and the care I received was fantastic. I have previously tried and failed to have a surgical treatment in a different hospital, but the treatment I received from the staff helped me to go through with this one. I cannot thank them enough.
