I'm in a lovely Cheshire home, but I think the staff just aren't paid enough. It seems that paying minimum wages just doesn't attract the right staff. We need caring souls with time-to-care.
I don't think it's that management's fault either, they can only do their best with their limited resources. So, I propose to change charity law, so that they can gain some income from their superb properties. If this happens, everyone can benefit from increased income & better staffing levels i.e. better care for us all.
