"consultant didn't even turn up"

I live in coventry and was referred to BDH as the treatment I need is not available from my hospital after turning up I was seen by a "dentist" not the named consultant and the after having x-rays of my teeth when I was there for my Jfaw! 2hrs later told the consultant would not be in today with no alternative! After a 4month wait for consultation not good enough! And now have to wait again
