I had an appointment in outpatients for 14.20, did not notice what time I was called in, I had arrived early for my appointment but was back in my car at 15.20. In that hour I had an extensive discussion and examination, I was treated with great care and my privacy and dignity was maintained at all times, there was a student present and the teaching was delivered with my comfort considered at all times. Before I left the department I had an appointment for a scan, a bladder investigation, a consultation with a physio to check I was doing my exercises correctly and a follow up appointment - all within the hour. What an amazingly fantastic service. I have been a nurse for a very long time now and I am a Practice Educator (the clinic did not know this) I could find no fault with anyone or anything. It made me proud to be a nurse. Congratulations and thank you to the team and sister and her outpatient,s nursing team
