What I liked

The doctors treat you like you are a nuisance. They think that your treatment is a privilege and that they own the hospital. My consultant said I needed a 2nd appointment after seeing him for 10 minutes. What was the point of seeing him 1st time then? The hospital are playing with statistics to show they are "quick". The 18-week government rule is met by making 2 appointments. The 2nd appointment is not part of the statistics and they make you wait 4 months. Be aware!

What could be improved

Treatment first time - treat patients like customers who pay your salaries - and not like they don't belong there. Don't play with appointment times to massage the figures.
