"Inclusion Matters has honestly changed my life"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

This was the second time that I had talking therapy with IM. It has honestly changed my life. It came at the right time for me.

I was having the best year of my life, and started a new job which made my OCD ten times worse. I was able to see the same therapist as I did previously when I was having anxiety attacks.

I have now had about 10 sessions and am back to the person I was before. If I have learnt one thing, it is most definitely that you don’t have to suffer, and going to the doctors is the first step, then they will put you in touch with the right people.

Thank you IM, and especially Jill, who is an absolute star, for helping me through such a tough experience.

Thank you xx

Dear Click822,

Thankyou for sharing your story which I am sure will be of great help to other people who are experiencing difficulties. It is not uncommon for problems to become worse when we take on new challenges such as a new job. I am pleased that you were able to seek help and that you found therapy so successful. I will pass on your kind words to Jill who I know will be delighted to hear your feedback and to know that you are now back to your old self.

Best wishes

Tracey
