About: Specialist Therapy Services / Community Stroke Team – South Notts

(as a relative),

I cannot express how the stroke team have made such a huge difference in my mother’s recovery.

The difference they are making is outstanding, week by week I see changes, I. e. her speech, thanks to the lovely Kirsten.

Also her ability to transfer from rotunda to quad stick has been a big achievement thanks to Claire the PT.

All in all, a fantastic service.

Thank you for your positive comments about the service you are receiving from the Nottinghamshire community stroke team.

It is pleasing to know that we have been able to help your Mum progress in her recovery. We do hope that this will continue.

I will pass on your kind words to both Kirsten and Clare, feedback like this is very motivating.

Thank you for your reply. My mother's care continues with the community stroke team.
