About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

My experience overall after being referred by a GP was a service of excellence. I expected to wait a while for follow-up scans after initial consultation with the ENT specialist, but it happened very swiftly.

I now hope the results will be just as fast, will help for the pain!
