"Feedback on 14 night stay in Ward 19 following..."

About: Airedale General Hospital

Care on Ward 19 was excellent in most cases but i felt better information sharing would have helped me to relax and not get so stressed. The majority of staff were considerate and caring. Unfortunately there were a couple of staff who did not offer me basic care and respect and did not respond to my needs. I was able to share my concerns with the senior sister and that helped a lot.

Whilst is is pleasing to read that in most cases your care whilst a patient on Ward 19 was excellent, it is disappointing that this was not consistent.
